What we do cover, no drama:
- Arrives damaged or with a print defect? We remake it or refund it. Your call.
- You've got 30 days from delivery. Just email support@zeromode.co with a photo.
- No need to ship anything back. Keep it, bin it, hand it to a cofounder.
- Minor print-placement shifts (within 0.5") are part of the made-to-order process, not defects.
We're not a corporation with a 47-step returns process. Something went wrong? Just tell us. We're all out here building something - the last thing you need is drama over a t-shirt.

Each tee is made to order. We print and pack in 2–3 business days, then USPS takes 2–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days.

What's your return and refund policy?
